Apartment
Our apartment is located 1 minute from the lake.
The local mountain Pfänder borders on the back of the house (an entry point is only a few meters from the house entrance – on the trail to Pfänderspitze and at the top, there is plenty provided for your physical well-being).
The Pfänderstation is about 10 minutes to walk.

A bus stop is about 150 meters away (with direct connection to the bus/train station).
The train station can be reached by car in 5 minutes (2km).
From there, excursions to the Bregenzerwald and the Montafon as well as to the surrounding places are possible.

From the harbor of Bregenz, you can take the ferry Lindau (D) to explore Lake Constance as well as further destinations (for example, Flower Island Mainau).
2-Room Apartment (56m²) on the 4th floor of a multi-party house, with a south-facing balcony, managed informal, with exclusive equipment.
You can reach the lift to the apartment on the 4th floor only by a few steps.
A spacious bedroom with a full-size bed, extra bed or children’s bed is available.
Hallway with a wardrobe.
Inside bathroom with bath tub and shower, wash basin and toilet.
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee/Nespresso machine; open towards dining and living areas.
In the living area is a pull-out sofa (with either 2 single cells or one large 184x196cm sleeping area).
Balcony with view on the lake and mountain!

Minimum Stay: 3 Days (and by arrangement)
Included are: bed clothing, one bath/towel per person, a shower mat as well as kitchen towels.
CANCELLATION?
Cancellations up to 90 days prior to arrival are free of charge. 90-30 days before arrival: 40% of the total amount, 30 days to 1 week: 70% of the total amount, then 90% of the total amount. Non-arrival without cancellation: 100% of the total amount. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance.

Pack your swimming trunks … or your hiking boots … or your opera glass … or …
Coming from Germany, take the Lindau exit before the border and drive in the direction of Austria, about one kilometer before Bregenz, you will see a high yellow residential building on your left hand side, directly after this building you turn left and you will arrive after about 500 meters uphill at the Neue Schanze.
Coming from the Rheintalautobahn, just before the Pfändertunnel take the exit Bregenz and go straight through the city tunnel towards the center of the city …
Coming from Switzerland, take the direction center of the city …
… Continue through Bregenz in the direction of Germany, go past the barracks and then you will see a high yellow residential building on your right hand side, just in front of this building you turn right and you will arrive after about 500 meters uphill at the Neue Schanze.
